Poor Serivce - No care

Vodacom is the most expensive service provider in SA. They are always so unhelpful, no care attitude towards their customers. I tried phoning customer care a million times over where no one could assist me. If you leave a complaint on call me back service hoping someone would get back to you nothing happens. Vodacom just never phones you back. They over charged me for services I didn't even use and after a battle they admitted guilt but refused to refund me. There contracts states 24months but when upgrading it gives you 26months before one can upgrade again. I really dislike this network and no one to complain to.
