I have over spent on my account and called Cell C to make an arrangement to pay off the amount in installments. I called them on 20 February 2013 and the person gave me a reference number and promised to have the Accounts Department call me. On the 20 March 2013 I had to call them again because no one bothered to call me. I was again given a reference number with the promise that someone will call me on 26 March 2013.I had to call them on 27th March 2013 because again I got no call from Cell C.
