Struggling to Unsubscribe

Good Day

I subscribed to Mtn Play which I now regret as it was'nt even a benefit from the start.
I came across the weather option and subscribed, but up to this day have not received any weather updates though continuously being sent sms's as to what more to subscribe.
At the end of the sms it says to unsubscribe reply UCAPETOWN_TOMORROW_MB.
Which I continuously, but then receive sms's saying invalid keyword and yet R0.50 being deducted daily and still no weather update.

I just want to unsubscribe please!!
