Unable to unsubscribe from MTN Play

I unwillingly subscribed to the MTN Play service, by merely registering on mtn play. Without stating when or how much this would cost, MTN have automatically deducted airtime and sending useless sms' on a daily basis. This will continue until I unsubscribe from the service.

I have, without success, trawled the MTN website and my phone options in an attempt to find out how to unsubscribe from this service. The absence of this information has led me to believe that this is a deliberate scheme set up by MTN, as there is no option available to unsubscribe from this mtn play.

I want to unsubscribe from mtn play, with immediate effect and would like all my airtime deducted by mtn because of this service, to be refunded to me.
