Unable to receive any calls since last week Wednesday 20 March 2013. Been informed that MTN tower problem in East London and working on. Altech Autopage staff have really gone out of their way to try and resolve problem, but no joy yet. I have just had my sim card swapped to try and resolve this problem and hope to goodness it works. Also wasted approximately R375.00 on advertising in the local newspaper for employment for my Husband and all is wasted. Do believe that MTN should give me a refund plus for the full amount not to mention the petrol that has been wasted in travelling to Altech Autopage 6 times to try and sort this problem out.
Please help as I need this number to be working and a full refund for my expenses incurred through MTN.
