Well done - a full day and you cannot assist

It has been a full day of trying to sort out my blackberry (contract with Cell C via Altech Autopage) and it is the second time that I have the same problem!!! You have call centres operating after hours and no Management on duty to assist? That is a first, so this means that the Consultants can do whatever they want too and nobody is available to assist?
A simple problem of not being connected has now become the problem of a sim card? Seriously? Believe me, I am MOVING my contract to a provider who know's how to deal and assist Clients. Can somebody competent out there please sort my phone out? Godfrey surely do not know what to do and how to help and he clearly has no problem of being reported on Hellopeter... how is that for service! AWESOME!!!

I doubt whether I will receive a phone call... look Godfrey, you are on hellopeter!
