BAD SEVICE!!!

Once again my husband and I are having a problem with the same useless Altech Autoage! He has given Altech Autopage call centre about 2 months ago his new banking details and once again they have messed up!!! They send on sms on the 18th of July 2013 saying our lines are going to be suspended cause of non-payment. He calls them and corrects the mistake! Today (22 July 2013) they send another sms saying "we acknowledge your payment arrangement. However your service will unfortunately be suspended..." WHAT ULTRA RUBBISH IS THIS!!! My husband did receive confirmation from his bank about the payment gone through in the beginning of this month. Seems like Altech Autopage dont know WHAT THE THEY DOING!!! We would like to cancel both these contracts without paying any cancellation fees or any other fess as you will see it is an on going problem we have been having with this company from day ONE!
I Pray we get a respond back today as even feedback takes who knows how long this time!!!
NB: PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE 2 CONTRACTS NOT ONE!
