R2000 repairs, 3 weeks late

This complaint is very simple.

I paid R2000 to have my phone fixed. Its still not fixed. If I do anything other than hold my phone, the phone will switch off. So my R2000 spent on repairs, was a waste. Now I have to go through the whole process again, where I have to fight with the repairs center, and not have a phone for probably another 3 weeks. Truth be told, I know that Vodacom doesn't care, and I know that I cant win this. I just want the person reading this from Vodacom, to know, that this is just bad business.
