I am a loyal Autopage Client. Been with them for more than 5yrs. I phoned in to claim for my cellphone BB Z10. Just to find that the insurnace was still R3000- based on my previous phone. Upon my upgrade i was not informef that I should contact the insurer to increase the amount. My other contract has insurance for R10k. This indicates that i am pro insuring adequately. They requested to listen to the call on Monday. No one phoned back. I phoned them today (Wed) Fusi (very helpful) is not in... told me they will get the Manager to call me back... nothing. I phoned bavk again. I hold on for ages. Dropped the phone... still, nothing. Try and skip payment and see hiw quick they are to reapond. Fusi, thank you!!! But this is pathetic service. What is this service!!! It is terrible ans unacceptable.
