A samsung S3 was taken in for repairs 3 weeks ago as it was not charging and since have received not feedback at ALL. the phone is still under warranty!!!
The service provided is ridiculous!!!
I phoned the stored which the phone was taken to and was told to contact the repair centre. WHY CAN THEY NOT CONTACT THE REPAIR CENTRE AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK. I then contacted the repair centre and was told that the phone was not logged on the system. When I phoned the store they said that the phone was logged on the system and they dont know why the repair centre told be it was not logged.
THIS IS HONESTLY PATHETIC!!! WHERE IS THEY PHONE AND WHEN WILL IT BE GIVEN BACK.
I can assure you that this will be the last contrat through autopage and I will tell everyone I KNOW to stay away from autopage due to the pathetic service. YOU are quick to collect the monthly payments but when it comes to service you the client!!!
