Sim card activation

After patiently waiting for a month and a half, for the iPhone 5 to be delivered to me. I now have trouble activating my sim card. I've called the 084145 number on numerous occasions. And on every occasion, I was on hold for several minutes until the call eventually cut. Then i opted for the second option of sending an sms and then a fax to 08414329, requesting assistance in activating my sim card. Again, I haven't been assisted. Then i went ahead and sent an email to [Email Removed] and guess what? Nobody has assisted me. This entire process of trying to activate my sim card has taken a good a week and you people have already started deducting money from my account. This is my first contract with Cell C and at this rate, you people will not see my money for an upgrade ever. Can someone just activate my sim card, I don't understand why it has to reach a point where i have to type out a report on HelloPeter in order to get some assistance?
