Incorrect Billing Struggle to get Money back

Vodacom "biggest Cellular network in RSA" incorrectly charged me R1120odd extra in Feb2013 when I realized what happened and phoned their call centre I got transferred from one department to the other all claiming it is the other department that should deal with the issue. I even got told to go to a Vodashop or Vodacom outlet, there I got told that they are a Franchise and cant assist me I must call the call centre... After two days and numerous phone calls and just about losing my cool someone finally attended to my issue and acknowledge their mistake and that I should get refunded. Now I must still wait 7 to 10 working days for my money they took off my account without permission. Really annoying and shockingly bad service for the "biggest" in the business.
