I'm very dissappointment on Cell C services, especiallty on the call center and C-cover, on the 15 th of March i was told that i must keep my account up to date to get C-cover to repair my broken phone, i did make my account up to date as requested, on Monday the 18th of March 2013, I called C-Cover i was told that my account is up to date it will be send the incident to the assessors, they will come back to me by Wednesday the 20th, i called the on the 20th, my incident is still with the assessors. Today i called again i was to that my account on arrears (30 Days). I spoke to the lady by the name of Shaniel Gabriel (C-Cover), she was so rude, she sounded as if she does not know anything about her product. she could explain anything.
My point is my incident was submitted to the assessors while it was up to date, due to their delay, my account is on errears again.
I need a proper explaination from C-Cover, but please no Shaniel.
