I dropped my Samsung S2 on the 23/02/13 and the screen went blank. I took it to my local Cell c branch and send it in for repairs as i have C Cover on it. I was told that it would take 21 days to have it repaired.(its long past that now). I received a phone call from Cell C (not the branch) on the 16/03/13 and was given a ridiculous story that the quotation to fix the phone is around R 2300.00. I told the agent that my phone is under C cover and she told me that she doesnt have the incident form. On monday the 18/03/13 the Cell C Trade route mall calls me and gives me the same ridiculous quotation, after informing that i have C cover he asked if i filled in the incident form (which was all done on the 24/02/13). He said he will get back to me. Till today i have not received any news Or my phone back which is ridiculous. Whats the point of having C cover if you have to go through all this grieve, currently i have to use a pre historic phone and looks i will be using it for a longer period than promised by Cell C. VERY DISSAPPOINTED ..
