Un-known Subscription CHARGE

I RECHARGED MY CELL C PREPAID ACCOUNT THIS MORNING BUT FOUND THAT R28 RANDS WAS MISSING. I CALLED MY NETWORK PROVIDER AND WAS INFORMED THAT MIRA NETWORKS DEDUCTED R7 4 TIMES THIS MORNING. I WORK IN AN IT ENVIROMENT AND KNOW EXACTLY WHAT PROCESS IT IS TO SUBSCRIBE TO ANY PLATFORM LOCALLY OR INTERNATIONALY BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY THERE SHOULD BE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM ME IF ANYTHING IS DEBITED ON MY ACCOUNT. I DO NOT KNOW WHO OR WHAT MIRA NETWORK IS/ABOUT, LET ALONE WOULD I SUBSCRIBE TO THEM. MY QUESTION TO MIRA NETWORKS IS ON WHAT PLATFORM DOES ONE SUBSCRIBE, WHAT PROCESS DOES ON FOLLOW TO SUBSCRIBE, WHAT CONFIRMATION OF SUBCRIPTION IS SENT TO THE USER? BECAUSE i DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW I CAN BE CONNECTED TO MIRA NETWORKS LET ALONE BE DEBITED BY IT. MY LITTLE BIT OF AIRTIME I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF IT WAS RETURNED AND MY SO CALLED SUBSCRIPTON CANCELLED.
