On the 15.01.2013 I discovered that I had lost my Cell phone (Blackberry 9380 Curve). My documentation was all submitted within the time frame stipulated but my claim was rejected due to late submission of forms - according to them it was never recieved.
I went back to the store and submitted a letter to have my claim relooked at as I was not in error. When I followed up a week later, I was told that the letter had also not been recieved by C Cover. I then mailed it myself two weeks ago-no action was taken. It was only when I called C Cover to follow up (Last week Tuesday) that this letter was uploaded and sent to their assessors. I called them everyday and everyday I was told that they would have an answer for me later that day. Its been two weeks now and still no answer until I called them this morning only to be told that my claim was rejected again.
Why am I being punished for THE LACK OF INCOMPETENCE from CELL C and C COVER staff members. I am still paying my contract and insurance on a monthly basis. Where is the service and commitment that CELL C professess to provide... To me it does not exist... How can it if they dont even communnicate with their valuable customers!!!
