I'm having a problem with C-Cover, it is been 4 months now, i have submitted my incident form in January 2013 by then my account was up to date. They could not attend to it until my account was in arrears then I paid again last mont, i was told that my account was then up to date, they will send my phone for assessment, no one came back to me for 7 days, then i called after 7 days i was told that my account is in arrears. I cant keep on paying for something that i dont use.
This morning i have paid R740, to keep it up to date. i need some one to assure me that my phone will be attended with 3 days as per their policy. i dont want same problem again.
