So i upgraded, firstly i was told to wait until the 21st when my pacakge gets loaded with airtime than only will i receive the bundle so in the meantime i purchased a data bundle! up until today i still dont have the 300mb thats part of my package - i called the call centre on the 21st and they said it will take some time - i tried to call the store where i upgraded but they never answer - 0832227443. i tried they call centre but clearly that dont know their job. i ask about data bundle balance they tell me i have XXX airtime and XXX Sms's! thats not what i asked..
Endless problems with MTN is becoming frustrating as it is very time consuming!
Also does the Z10 generally have Network issues as majority of the time THERE'S NO NETWORK!
