HIGHLY INCONVENIENCED!!

I have purchased a blackberry 9380 in December 2012 and it was giving me issues within two months already. I handed it in for repairs on the 3rd of March (IMEI 359599044394300) Tracking R00971830. The lady at Cell c in carlswald told me that i would get my phone back in 21days, the repair request form also states the same. It has been way past 21 days now and i still dont have my phone, i called them today and the lady says its going to be another week. WHAT ELSE DO I DO??? I HAVE LOST MY PATIENCE!!
