Staff calls customer offer phone

I went last week to get a contract for altech autopage i was told it would be 2 to 3 days till i get my phone its been a week now. Yesterday i was phoned to tel my my phone is there but they just have to finish some paper work then i can collect it, after a few hours i phoned to know what was going on, just to be told my contract was canselled, they said theyll find out what was going on, just before closing time i phoned them to hear what was going on just tho hear one employee tell another one THE WHO PHONES EVERY DAY ABOUT HIS PHONE IS ON THE LINE, if you want to diss your clients make sure your covering the phone so they wont hear you, i am very dissapionted in the service and staff
