Worst service and promises/break of contracts

I went to Altech Autopage on Friday the 15th of November 2013 to get the Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 on contract with the drifta.

4 weeks later I phoned them to hear whats going on? Nothing. A week after this I went to them and the guy who helped me from the start said he can't get the Note anymore... I went down to Vodacom and they said, no sir, we can still get it for you. So I went back and asked altech again, and they said sorry sir we can't. He then said the new Note 10.1 2014 has landed in JHB, he will put my name on for one and I will get it next week.

I went back there the next week only to hear again, sorry sir, we could not get it for you. It was only for pre-orders... really??

Eventually they signed me up on an older model, the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 but didn't give me a drifta. He PROMISED me, I will get my drifta in a months time because I signed for it. I went back to them, and now they say, sorry you won't be getting one. They will re-imburse my account.

Second month paying, they never phone me, I have to keep phoning and going back to them and I want either the drifta, or my account null and voided.

He promised to phone after last week, and still nothing
