Worst service from MTN

On Sunday 24 March at 2pm I returned from overseas and requested the Customer service line at the call centre (808) to reconnect my internet etc on my iphone. That evening it was not on yet and i phoned them again. I was told that the people responsible to do it was only working monday to friday. the next morning (monday) i phoned again at 10am as it was stil not connected. i was told they were offline and i had to phone back in 30 minutes. that happened 4 times during the day. Later in the day i went to fourways mall mtn shop. the lady there phoned the call centre and told me the gps was never connected. she spoke to them and they said they will do it. i had to wait till later the evening then it would be on. tuesday morning it was STILL not on. today i phoned a couple of times and i was told that it was never connected and that she will send a request through and i have to wait till this afternoon. needless to say it was still not on. I phoned again and was told that she will send an email to the supervisor to sort it out i must give them an hour or so. it is now 4 hours later and NOTHING. the service and the quality is absolutely inexcusable!!! How long will this take???!!!
