No service after payment made

On 21 Feb 2013 I got DishNet out to repair an intermittend communication problem between my Primary and Secondary decoders, as well as the lack of comms between the DSTV remote and the secondary TV. Marvin came out and spent 10 minutes whereafter he promised me that the problem is now solved because of a DC splitter that he installed (which I doubt anyway). Since the following day, the problem still existed. I have made SEVERAL calls to both Marvin (0834789046) and August (0780141207), but only received the same promise over and over that they will come out the next day. The next day is now over a month ago!! This is a warning to everybody out there. Do NOT use these people, you will not receive any service after they got your money. Their address on the invoice is: 70 Ceder Rock, Langevet Road, Vorna Valley, Midrand.
