On September 2009 I had a telephonical agreement with Virgin Mobile (SA) for two cell phone handsets, The number I was billed for is 074 185 7559 and my account no is 1090048577 . The Handset and the sim wa destroyed by water at work before the expiry period. After the expiry period i phoned them so that they must stop debiting my account and they kept on telling me that i must upgrade of which i was not interested. When I realised that these people continued to debit me even after expiry of the contract, I then started to run my account dry of which Virgin Mobile handed me over to the credit bereau for bad payment. As a result I am having a bad record with the credit bereau for a contract that expired. I need help in this regard, our agreement was for 24 Months. Please help me.
