New Contract No service

On 27/04/2013 I received a Samsung Chat on a 199 contract everything went well until the 1st of May 2013, my phone stopped working no explanation whats going on. When I phoned Customer care they tell me on 3 different days it will be fixed in the same day, yesterday 04/05/2013 I phoned again just to be told I have to wait till it's fixed. I use my phone for business and all of a sudden i have no way to communicate to my clients, end of the month Virgin mobile want the payment on the account but I have to wait till they can attend to the problem its going on for 5 days, I phoned them a couple of times my phone are blocked I received calls and Sms but can't make calls or sms or my internet services why if they want to upgrade must the clients take all the problems, I need to be connected at all times no body can give me an reason why my phone are blocked.

If thus continues they can have their phone back and I will go to any other Company to get a contract that i can use.

I will give them until Tuesday then I want my phone on or I will take the phone and sim back to them I can run a business like this. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT
