Liquid Damage Phones

Hi All
I have read so many complaints about "liquid damage" here is my story in a nut shell my new one day old phone was not working of box failure MTN gives me the run around, then told the problem was LIQUID DAMAGE, I was holding the phone in my hand when MTN head office phoned me and told me.

Long story short. I was sold a GREY PRODUCT and Nokia was prepared to give me a letter stating phone was a grey product NO Warrantee on Grey products.
Check your "liquid damage" phone with the manufacture IF you KNOW no there was no liquid damage.

MTN PLEASE do bother to contact me as issue was never ever resolved.
