Never Received Statements or Correspondance

I am very unhappy, sending one mail after the other, over and over and over again.
I have never received statements, not per post, not per email, nothing. I need their banking details so I can make a payment, I need to update my details with them, but nothing, no one calls me, no one even makes effort to connect to me!
