Vodacom - What do you need to do get a response?

I visited the Vodaworld Customer Service Centre on 19/03/2013 after having tried to resolve an issue with 1012 accumulated minutes that were cancelled hence the migration of my number. It was confirmed by the dealer in Woodlands Boulevard when doing the migration, that the available minutes on the contract would be carried forward. I was given a service request ref number and was informed the turnaround time for this will be 48hrs. I contacted the Business centre (0821940) on 23/03/2013 only to be informed they are not available on Saturdays. I contacted them again on 25/03/2013 and then told the request is still under review and the consultant (Ronald) promised to get back to me by not later than 13:00 on the same day after I requested this to be escalated. I was already paying for out of contract minutes. Needless to say neither Ronald or his Team Leader (Marius) responded. I phoned again at 14:00 I was told by anothern consultant (Tsolo) that they are STILL busy reviewing the request and will respond before close of business on 25/03/2013.That also did not happen. According to me Vodacom have no respect and commitment to their customers - so why do I want to keep my contract there?
