The way im so angry i cant even discribe the way im so angry, im sorry to say this but mtn people you do not listen and you just dont know how to take care of customers. Repair centre called today telling me about the bloodly sms which i have explained a hundred times and im still being asked the same thing and telling you the same and now they telling me they will sell my phone to some company because it has been there for more then 3months and i do not appreciate that, if they sell it then mtn should pay the monthly installment and they must dare sell it, il take you straight to court, now tell what must i do? what you people are doing is fair? this is how you sort out your're cases? im giving you till friday to get me my phone back and give me a proper response if you fail to do so im taking you to court with all honesty i will! my phone is worth R8000 and im paying R320 and you still want me to payR2500 for repairs! does this make sense for a phone that was 5months old! im angry at mtn and i curse the day i decided to take a contract with them! im highly angry!
