Still charged for cancelled telkom line

I cancelled my telkom adsl and phone line January 2013 and I am still being billed. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them with regards this matter. I have hung onto the phone for ages to no avail. I have been in to the shops to be told I have to cancel by phone.
