On 17 March 2013, i was at one of the Soccer Shop, downtown JHB, Soccer Shop Africa mall
I am disappointed, because of the service, i have been receiving is unsatisfactory., having spent some 45 minutes on the queue waiting for the agent, to play my Tickets, instead, the agent who was suppose to do that, he was busy on his cellphone, chatting with friends, only to my surprise, some agents, just ignore clients, they are not bothered at all, to help clients, on another occasion, the agent that play my Tickets take more that 5 minutes before he can play my tickets Reason being, he was busy with friends and on cellphone, I wonder why, this agents are not taking to a training on how to handle Customers, Your Place is like a joke, you will finds Agents, not wearing Name tags, and the Language they speak to amongst themselves, is so vulgar, i found it very hard to understand,
I look forward to hearing from you regarding a resolution of this problem I will be waiting for a resolution, if I do not hear from you in two weeks, I will be filing a complaint to a Gambling Board Of Gauteng. Please contact me anytime at 0736222771
