Service is clearly dead

How long do you think one has to have patience for a company to provide service. I'm still waiting for MTN to remove the word 'service' from the term 'network service provider' as clearly they definitely don't supply a service.
It's been 8 months that I have been regularly contacting them to
- fix my billing especially after Gertrude at their Call Centre confirmed their error
- explain why I was to about the warning SMS' relating to your limit. I was advised that they no longer provide this service even though others are getting it
- why I had to pay a pro-rata when I did an early upgrade and have to pay it again now, and
- why I have to go to the Cresta MTN outlet for a copy of my contract only to be ignored by Veronica Lottering
With my last call in May I was advised that there was a problem by the Call Centre agent who refused to give me a reference and despite promising to fix the matter, hasn't.
Why do we have to revert to forums like these in the hopes that a huge corporate will actually deal with one's issues with them.
I now use a Cell C SIM seeing I'm so upset with MTN!
Seriously!!! Let's see if I actually get resolution to this
