I have a RBM contract with Cell C and have the following complaints::
1) i cannot log into the cell c website online. I have raised this to the technical department approximately 3 times before i gave up.
2) I donot recieve my statements via email as requested. Each month I need to request the statements from the call centre.
The fact that the other things such as dropped calls and bad service away from major CBD's is not my primary concern should hopefully give you an idea of my frustrations.
