No statements and agents sent me wrong statements

I have requested my statements via email for the past 3 months and nothing i call the call centre then get transfered coz they not have 2 diffrent departments for 140 wth??? i cant pay my bill on time as i dont know what my bill is i ask to have debits cancelled unless i get stements to say how much!!! dont just debit what u want without sendung statements im getting really really fedup with cell c and i want a settlement amount for all my contracts im done now and dont recommend anyone to cell c// 'Sisa Flatela' is suppose to assist me from my last hello peter complaint thought putting them on hello peter someone will respond but just got an email and nothing after that, disgusted by the service. cancel my contracts send my statements via email and a settlement amount asap im done with the worse SP ever!!!
