I have submitted my query regarding the MyTools app as when I try and login the website indicates I am not registered but when I try and register then the website says I am registered. It has now been more then two weeks and no one has contacted me to resolve my problem. I need to download my statements and I cannot. Secondly I have requested about 10 times now already for Cell C to contact my wife and they have not called her for a new account. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise.
This is pretty frustrating as I am a new customer at Cell C and so far I am not very happy with there service as I have many clients that has indicated that they cannot get hold of me. It seems that Cell C coverage is not adequate as there are two place on my way to work where I can exactly pinpoint when I loose my signal every time and I get many dropped calls or call failed during a call. This is unacceptable and I never had this before.
