Since friday there has been a blackberry issue, essentially turning my phone into a paper weight. Does cell c ever plan on communicating with its blackberry users? maybe if you had the professional competence to undersatand the importance of communication for down time, your customers would not feel the way they do now.
What is the estimated resolution time?
Will cell c be providing discounts/reimbursements for no service?
Please dont tell me somebody will contact me. I have asked these questions publicly and expect a public answer. You cant communicate with your customers so at least this way some customers that google search "cell c down" will be able to have some sort of update regarding this: "always down" network.
