I got a galaxy note from 8ta Woodlands and I would like commend the consultant Joseph for assisting me with exceptional service.
Unfortunately I slotted the mini chip instead of the full thing. I brought it back after 3 days of purchase and they booked it in.
The first issue I have Is they want me now to pay for the damages but I had it for 3 days. I am still under warranty.
If they do blame it on physical damage I argue as all consultants assisted with removing the chip.
I am also appalled at the fact that no one is giving me feedback and now I keep calling spending on extra costs
I am not very happy by such service from such a well known brand. I cannot wait for over a month and paying for a product I do not have yet I am still being charged. Are they going to wait for a year to tell me what is happening???
