R49 per month was deducted from my account without authorisation by a crowd called "So Music". For this I got no service to the extent that it cost me hours of effort to track down who was syphoning money off my account. It appears that Elite Mobile passed my account details to this third party.
I have been promised my money back by Elite Mobile (Kubeshini Reddy) but this is poor compensation for the trouble it has caused me (and it has not yet been paid into my account).
1) Would you trust either Elite Mobile or So Music with your account details?
2) If you look at the number of complaints on HelloPeter, maybe this is systematic - rather than a simple error of not understanding the difference between yes and no that could be blamed on the call centre staff.
