FISH ROTS FROM THE TOP DOWN

Before Upgrade - took phone for repairs, was told it will be done in 7 days, called after 14 days, nobody knew where phone was, emailed CEO and no joy, follow up email and eventually got a a refurbished unit which was worst then me initial unit, emailled CEO again and no response, my phone got swopped out 2 more times before an upgraded refurbished version was given to me which was also faulty, eventually just left it cause i was due for an upgrade - After upgrade - Upgraded on the 28.03.2013 - phone was faulty, returned it on 04.03.2013, was told its an OBF and 7days closure to be had, to date no communication, called in on the 25.03.2013 to get an update and the lady said she will call me with feedback, at time of logging this complaint, still no feedback. I cannot go to the CEO again as he doesnt give a, neither can i go to the store as they dont give a. Peter please can you assist before i attempt approaching the Consumer Commission as i believe that there are some contractual breaches that has since taken place. Regards Shane
