In response to a request to migrate my out of contract data bundle, my account appears to have been illegally upgraded by persons unknown at an unknown branch, all of which is very concerning. This only came to light when after trying to change my out of contract data bundle to a pay as you go I was informed that this could only be done next year, as the contract which was never applied for has another year to go. However after having reported this on the 11th March, S3-TKR2E-ESKPC, and despite 3 phone calls totalling at least an hour on the phone there has been no response from Vodacom, it appears they have no idea how to deal with this. Does go unpunished and is it the attitude of Vodacom to just let the clients problem to remain unsolved?
