A week ago I reported a complaint with Cell C on hello peter regarding my speed stick. I received and appalling and lousy response from Cell C which proves to me that they do not value there customers even though they claim to do so. I received no phone call or apology or reassurance that the issue will be sorted out. They sent me a response asking me to send them an email with certain details. I found this very impersonal and extremely unprofessional considering that I had now chosen to lodge a complaint on hello peter. I received no response up until yesterday, a HOLE week later. They sent me a lousy reference number telling me issue is being looked at. This is absolutely appalling and disgusting. I actually feel like I want out of this contract and I will not pay any money to Cell C for this as it never worked for me and seems like it NEVER will.
