Reference to the previous Hello peter complaint: Reference number: CLC939785. I have lodge a complaiunt to the advertising authority of south africa and the dti national consumer councel due to the Failure of Cell c to speed up the process of getting my cellphone software upgraded. My response on the initial complaint was not dealt with thus i was not left with much choice. My sole requirement was to have a sony xperia with Jelly bean software as my phone had the old software yet it was advertised with the latest Jelly bean. I feel Cell C should look at resolving this issue immediately ecpecially as serious as false advertising.
