I made a complaint last week Friday on Hello Peter and Cell C responded saying that Sisa would be contacting me as with regards to my complaint so that it can get sorted out. I know that Cell C takes 48 hours to get back to you. It has been a week and i havent heard anything from them. I have to ask does Cell C actually care about its customers because the attitude i have gotten from Cell C in the past few months means that they take me being a client of theirs for granted. Please can someone help me. I really dont know where to go from here!!!
