I've been with another service provider for over 4 yrs and saw a great deal that 8ta had which overpowered my current deal. Went to the shop in Clearwater Mall and spoke to Musa who was extremely helpful throughout the process. He followed all steps and even suggested an 8ta SIM to test coverage first before signing the deal.
Musa was exceptional during this whole process and with me on the 8ta network now, I couldn't be happier. Thanks Musa for going the extra mile and constantly keeping me in the loop, even if sometimes behind the scenes, to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery! Well done also to 8ta / Telkom mobile for maintaining a really good cellular network!
