NO STATEMENTS BUT HAVE TO PAY???

I'm currently in arrears but think I have good reason.

Montly i received calls for payment on my Furn City account loan. With every call i keep asking the contact person to send me statements on my accounts, but nothing.

I have come to a Decision that i will start paying again even if they place me on ITC or bad pay credit report
Which they have to take off again when i start receiving statements. I have received some statements in the first year but not everymontly as arrage when signing the contract.

Each one who call me tells me that they will make sure statements will be send but the I only received sms statements, No thank you. I need statements by post. As i pay for it.

If African Bank cant commit to do this. No payment will be received at all.

i need response to this as i see this as a matter of urgent.
