I originally received my statements via post, no problem, then they offered to send statements via e-mail. Since then I have not received statements or any other communication via post OR e-mail. After numerous phone calls and visits to the local ABSA branch I still have nothing.
All my other banking needs are handled superbly by Nedbank where I receive EVERYTHING on e-mail on time every month! Come on Ford Credit... this is pathetic. It's MY account and I deserve to know what's happening on it.
