I received a call from CELL C from my previous email sent to them on Hello Peter about the same case number as above. The lady informed me that I was refunded back and I asked to which account did they refund as I have not seen the money... as i get sms notifications. She informed me she will check... My contract with CELL C was cancelled on the 09/10/2012 @ 09:19am VIA email as my contract ended on the 10th Nov 2012. The lady informed me that they received my email late. so now I guess this was also my problem.
To cut the story short.
1. I never received my refund as CELL C claims.
2.I am tired fighting a losing battle.
3. You can keep that money to fix your administration problems, clueless consultants that need training, Fix your lines as you always have high call volume and when you do put try to transfer me to a consultant you get cut off.
