On the 30th of July 2012 i received a statement that i owe R1768.65 for a contract phone, i faxed my affidavit and certified ID copy to MTN proving that i did not take the contract however they insisted i open a case with the police before they can investigate, the police do not want to open a case without proof from MTN, i am now blacklisted because of this account, i am still receiving statements of this account. The very samething happened with Vodacom but they managed to investigate and closed that account without me opening a case. I am now owing close to R3000 at MTN whereas i do not have any contract with MTN, i cannot even open my own accounts because MTN Blacklisted me. i need your assistance to this matter and help me clear my name at ITC and MTN to cancel this money off my name.
