Nashue Over Billing and refusing to deal with it

In November 2012 I requested change of my expired Vodacom contract to Cell C. I have been calling every month to get this done to no avail. I have been promised a refund on the over biling, but no credit arrives. Nashua are very happy to continue billing at R2.80 per minute instead of making this change. I have spoken to call center, upgrades, managers to no effect. I have never come across a company less efficient, more disinterested and less caring than Nashua Mobile!!
