Disgusting and incompetent service

In October 2012 they had stopped debiting my account, i was unaware as it was a R99 contract that was supposed to have been running off as a debit order. in late december i had received a call saying that my account had been in arrears and that i needed to pay the 3months outstanding balance, to which i had obliged and made a direct deposit with the refernce given to me by themselves. i had gone into the vodacom at o r tambo airport to get the proof of payment faxed to head office and requested the debit order be re-instated. to my suprise in february i had received 5phone calls from their debt collectors department claiming i owe R4700. i drove to the main office in Midrand only to be told they cannot help me and will get legal to contact me.to date nobody has contacted me and the number they gave me (0116535000) to call only rings with no answer, they have put a default on my name and this has affected my credit record as i am unable to get finance due to this error of theirs which they are miserably failing to resolve. i have no issue paying the months outstanding and have the debit order re instated to clear my name but refuse to pay R4700 for a R99 contract that was never used
